Cafe Causette - Serving a variety of Western and Asian dishes the Caf'e Causette is a firm favourite with Hong Kong locals and guests returning to the hotel. The Chinnery - A warm, comfortable British colonial feel welcomes guests to The Chinnery with its deep armchairs, wood panelling and traditional whisky bar atmosphere. The menu offers traditional British fare said to be the best in Hong Kong, along with Indian favourites like Tikka Chicken and Rogan Josh. The Clipper Lounge - With an authentic feel of 1960's Hong Kong, the Clipper Lounge is a favourite for both social and business gatherings.
