September and October are considered the rainy season with April to August having some rains also. The high season is considered to be January to March because it is the dry season, however tourists begin flowing in around November in anticipation of nice, sunny weather.

The Restaurant - The Restaurant is located on the ground floor and overlooks the swimming pool. The restaurant serves both a continental breakfast buffet and an American breakfast buffet for breakfast with an a la carte menu available. Dinner offers varied menu options or guests may personalise their menu. Daily specials offer a culinary surprise each evening.
The Japanese Restaurant - The Japanese Restaurant is located on the ground level and overlooks the poolside rainforest. The restaurant serves authentic Japanese cuisine such as sushi, sashimi, and tempura as well as a number of a la carte options. Two Teppanyaki counters are available as well as traditional tatami rooms.
The Beach Bar - The Beach Bar opens at 10:00am and offers a shaded venue for a light, healthy lunch. In the afternoon, local fishermen arrive at shore with their daily catch where guests can select their own fish for the evening meal to be prepared according to their preference.
Jala Restaurant - The Jala Restaurant is located between the lush rainforest and the Andaman Sea and is the newest addition to Andaman's restaurant collection. The restaurant serves an exciting a la carte menu of Malay and Western seafood.
Tepian Laut - Tepian Laut serves wood-fired pizzas, homemade desserts and wine, signature cocktails and mocktails as well as salads and sandwiches on locally made bread.
Deluxe Rainforest Rooms - These spacious rooms offer a step out balcony with views of the tropical rainforest, a white marbled bathroom with a separate rainforest shower and bath tub.
Deluxe Treetop Rooms - These spacious rooms offer a step out balcony with tree top views of the tropical rainforest, a white marbled bathroom with a separate rainforest shower and bath tub.
Luxury Pool Access Room - These rooms were created with privacy in mind and offer direct access to the first of its kind private rainforest pool. Guests can walk directly from their room into the pool via a pool deck which is part of the room.
Luxury Garden and Terrace Rooms - These rooms extend into a 27 square metre rainforest garden and are surrounded by lush greenery which guests can enjoy from their own private garden complete with a circular sun lounger.
Luxury Sea View Rooms - These rooms overlook the beautiful Andaman Sea and offer a 4 square metre balcony and full length windows as well as two sun chairs and a coffee table.
Jacuzzi Studio Suites - These suites are distinguished by their private Jacuzzi on a 9 square metre covered terrace that also furnishes a dining table and two chairs. The terrace opens up to a beautiful 15 square metre garden allowing guests to admire the rainforest and listen to the tranquil rhythmic waves of the Andaman shore.
Executive Suites - These suites offer either a rainforest or a full sea view from Levels 2-4 and feature a 9 square metre balcony complete with a chaise longue and teak coffee table. Ground floor Executive Suites feature a partial sea view from a 34 - 52 square metre patio complete with a private plunge pool, cabana daybed, and a private garden with a dining table and two chairs.
Presidential Suite - The Presidential Suite offers 171 square metres of living space and features a 19 square metre balcony complete with two comfortable sun beds and a teak coffee table. The living area includes a 46" LED television as well as comfortable seating while the dining area includes a glass top dining table that seats up to 6 adults. The suite offers a private lifestyle cove comprised of a spacious wardrobe, state of the art gym facilities, a spa area, and a daybed.

The hotel welcomes children and offers a recently renovated Kids' Club for children 4-12 years old. The Kids' Club hosts a large range of exciting daily activities and adventures. The pool has a water slide and shallow toddler's area. The resort is surrounded by jungle walks and wildlife spotting opportunities and there are ample rooms with interconnecting doors.
