Restaurant Le Grand - Diners can choose between Royal Khmer cuisine or Western fine dining at this restaurant. Royal Khmer cuisine involves the blending of ingredients with intriguing textures, complex aromas and fresh exhilarating flavours, to create a distinct and elegant dining experience.
Elephant Bar - No visit would be complete without a cocktail at this Siem Reap institution, full of history and stories.
Caf'e d'Angkor - Start the day with a champagne breakfast, or choose between Asian and Continental dishes for lunch. Dine al fresco on the patio overlooking the pool or relax indoors. Fresh bakery items and picnics can be arranged for your visit to the Temples.
Poolside Terrace - Surrounded by fragrant Frangipani trees, this is the perfect spot for light meals in the day or cocktails by the pool. The menu includes Spa dishes for the more health conscious.

Cabana Suites - These 72 square metre suites are decorated in French-Indochina style while retaining the hotel's original character. Each Cabana Suite comes with twin bathrooms, a living area which can be separated by curtains and direct pool access, as well as private terraces with day beds and loungers.
Colonial Suites - The spacious, 48 square metre Colonial Suites are decorated in French-Indochina style, with wood panelling and custom-made Cambodian silks. Each Suite features a separate parlour, walk-in wardrobe and vintage furnishings which have been faithfully restored. French doors lead to a private balcony offering views of the lush green expanse adjacent to the hotel.
Landmark Suites - Located in the Main Building, these suites are furnished with a blend of Cambodian and art-deco themes with wooden floors and marble bathrooms. They include a separate living area and private terrace looking over the French gardens.
Personality Suites - These suites take their inspiration from great figures in Angkor history. The bathroom contains a claw-foot bathtub, and there is a relaxing day bed on the balcony which overlooks pool, modelled after the Angkorian Royal bathing pond.
Landmark Rooms - Decorated in a blend of Cambodian and Art Deco themes, the Angkorian ambience is completed with high ceilings, wooden floors, marble bathrooms and four-poster beds. Each room has a balcony overlooking the pool or the French gardens.
State Rooms - Offering a comfortable balance of modernity and classical elegance, some State Rooms have balconies overlooking the gardens or swimming pool, while others have a daybed for relaxation. All State Rooms come with a separate bathtub and shower.
Villas - These two-bedroom villas are ideal for residents who prefer more space and privacy.
