Fresh - Located by the coral beach, this completely al fresco restaurant offers contemporary Australian cuisine with French and Japanese influences. Pavilion - This poolside dining venue is open all day. The generous breakfast buffet offers dim sum, noodles and live cooking stations, in addition to freshly squeezed juices.
