This resort is one of the world's largest private residences, part of which remains the official abode for Jodhpur's royal family while another part houses a luxurious heritage hotel that allow guests to feel like nobility. Risala - Risala offers an imaginative blend of Continental and Indian cuisines. The restaurant name means "cavalry" and celebrates the acclaimed victory of the Jodhpur Lancers against the Turks at Haifa in 1918.
Pillars - Pillars offers an ideal breakfast setting as well as a leisurely drink and snack in the afternoon. It is located in the western rear veranda of the palace and is an open air cafe's offering spectacular views of the city, the Baradari lawns, and the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort.
Sunset Pavilion - Sunset Pavilion offers royal barbeque and international grills in a unique food presentation presented by Chef Jitender Bhatnagar. The menu offers a variety of soups and flambéed desserts and specialities like Khargosh Soola Jali.
The Trophy Bar - The Trophy Bar offers a small menu of snacks and finger foods as well as a drink menu consisting of a selection of aperitifs, whiskies, cognacs, tequilas, liqueurs, martinis, and Bellini's as well as Cuban cigars.
Palace Rooms - These rooms combine the old with the new in that they are embellished with art deco interiors but equipped with modern conveniences.
Historical Suites - These lavish suites each have their own unique theme and colour scheme ranging from classy maroons to gold and sage greens. They feature bathrooms and private sit outs with stunning palace views.
Royal Suites - These suites feature two bay rooms (living room and bedroom) with spectacular views of the Baradari lawns and the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort in the distance. These suites embody a regal lifestyle through their furnishing and décor.
Maharaja Suite - This incredibly handsome suite features murals of leopards, tigers, horses, and the famed Jodhpur sport of pig-sticking as well as chrome torch lamps, plush sofas in faux leopard skin and a lovely mirrored bar and original artefacts.
Maharani Suite - This suite was originally designed for and once graced by the beautiful and charismatic Maharani Badan Kanwan. Appropriately, the suite is dominated by a Stefan Norblin mural of the goddess Kali etched on a shining black glass. The suite is designed in pinks, black, chrome, and mirrors and is worthy of a queen.
Grand Royal Suites -These suites were once reserved for visiting royalty. Each is different with a subtle underlying and unique theme of a favourite colour or princely passion.
