Konkan-Cafe - The Konkan Cafe is designed to replicate a typical Mangalorean home, with warm, muted colours, banana leafed Thaalis and Goan music. The seasons dictate the cooking techniques and ingredients for an every changing menu.

Thai Pavilion - Thai Pavilion has an ever-changing menu as it is reliant on seasonal fruits, vegetables, and spices.

Sugar & Spice - Sugar & Spice is a delightful deli that features an inviting array of patisserie delights such as cold cuts, cheese and spreads. Guests may sample a wide variety of chocolates, wholesome sandwiches, and divine desserts.

Superior Charm Room - These rooms are feature-filled with luxuries such as parquet flooring, upholstered headboards, platform beds, custom rugs, and soft duvets and pillows, offering the perfect harmony of comfort and aesthetics. The room walls are a pastel shade of yellow and contrast with the warm shades of green and blue tapestry of the sofa and curtains. Abstract art adds a refreshing flash of colour.

Deluxe Delight Room - These rooms are located between the 9th and 16th floors and feature panoramic views of the sea or Mumbai city. They include parquet flooring and walls adorned with rich raw silk fabric in natural earth colours. The furniture gives the room a minimalist Japanese look with its straight and clean lined design. The Indian wooden antiques on the walls add an air of authenticity. Finishing touches include a moveable desk and chic vases full of flowers.

Premium Indulgence Room - These rooms are located on the 15th and 16th floors and offer superlative views. They offer contemporary decor with raw silk fabric in natural colours on the walls, wooden flooring, and original artefacts.
