Ombak Restaurant: Chef Bernard creates an exquisite menu influenced by his worldwide travels, in particular the flavours of Indonesia, Mexico, Europe, Thailand and the Middle East are expertly combined and the resort restaurant has been well awarded by his culinary influence. The main approach is to inspire from the garden using the freshest home grown ingredients and fresh seafood caught on that day.
There are 21 Villas scattered on the property with sea-side or garden options available. Some villas can be combined to form private residences where other's offer privacy or more intimate seclusion.
Raja Mendaka – A private two-bedroom residence with private entrance to the beach, lush private gardens and large teak deck with plunge pool that’s integrated into a 19m swimming pool. The three Kanatar Mendaka Sumba Houses can be incorporated to make a 5 villa private compound for larger groups or families requiring additional space.
Pantai – Three two-bedroom villas are located on the beachside and are ideal for a group of friends or family travelling together. The villas have open-air entertainment areas perfect for private dining, and come complete with a bar, kitchen and dedicated butler service. Each villa has access to a private infinity pool. They are a popular choice for families as they are located close to the open-air Sumbanese Bale complete with books, games, table tennis, a pool table and dedicated children’s movie night theatre.
Marangga – Four one-bedroom villas with a central bed and Cliffside Bale elevated above the sea, outdoor shower, bathtub, outdoor dining and lounge area, terrace and decking complete with a private plunge pool.
