Shangri La Rasa Ria is a great resort for families. The engaging Kids' Club for 4-12 year olds has every activity covered - batik painting, cookie creation, coconut leaf weaving, traditional dance lessons and scavenger hunts! There is a half day Ranger Programme where children can assist the nature reserve rangers and - a must for all ages - meet an orang-utan in a near-wild setting. The resort's nature reserve also offers short guided walks suitable for families.
