Main Restaurant - Located on the west beach of the island, this restaurant offers a variety of dishes that allow East to meet West. Open for breakfast and dinner.

Overwater Bar - Sitting over the shallow waters of the blue lagoon with a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean, the Overwater Bar offers a casual menu featuring a wide variety of salads, sushi, Mediterranean delicacies, fish, imported meats, local spices and herbs.

By the Sea - By the Sea is a small, intimate restaurant that accommodates only 26 guests located at the top of a double storey facility on the island. The menu fuses traditional Japanese with indigenous European, Asian, and Peruvian flavours using local ingredients. There is also a selection of Japanese sake and a large wine list.

Other Dining Experiences - There are multiple "destination dining" experiences available as well as private dining.

Villa Suite - These 210 square metre overwater villas are located on either side of the jetty. Each villa features a private overwater sundeck and a hidden rooftop sundeck with daybeds and dining facilities. The bedroom has a large comfortable king sized bed.

Residence - Located at the end of the jetties, these 250 square metre villas offer more privacy than the Villas Suites. Each villa features a private water garden, open air bathroom, and an overwater sundeck. Some of the Residence villas are equipped with a Jacuzzi. Each villa has an air conditioned living room with two large daybeds and a dining table that can be converted to an additional bedroom if needed.

Crusoe Residence - These very private 250 square metre overwater villas stand alone in the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean. These villas are only accessible by a private rowing boat or by pontoon boat shuttle. Each villa features an overwater sundeck with loungers as well as a rooftop sundeck. There is an air conditioned living room with two large daybeds that can be converted to an additional bedroom if needed.

The Private Reserve - This five unit building sits in the middle of the blue lagoon with over 1400 square metres of total area. It is 300 metres from the closest villa and is only accessible by boat. There are two master suites each with ceiling to floor windows on three walls. There are private indoor and outdoor relaxation areas and sundecks. All bedrooms and indoor relaxation areas are air conditioned. Butlers are on call 24 hours.

Spa Suite - These suites are exclusively available in only one of the Villa Suites and one of the Residence Suites and come complete with a steam room, an air conditioned gym, and a couples' treatment room which includes air conditioning, two treatment beds, and stereo system with surround sound speakers.
