Salt - This overwater restaurant features seafood including scallops, lobster, and caviar. Salt is only open for dinner except Sunday when they host a champagne breakfast with reservations required. Sunday dinners feature a five course seafood menu with champagne for which reservations are required.

Celsius - Celsius is an overwater restaurant featuring beachside dining. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served in a luxurious but laid back style.

Fogliani's - Fogliani's offers Italian cuisine in a casual island setting and is open for lunch.

Raw - Raw is an innovative and unique overwater restaurant that features a healthy menu of raw cuisine with an Eastern influence. Raw is at the end of a wooden walkway where guests can relax in casual style while enjoying healthy choices and a juice bar.

Beach Bungalows with Pool - These bungalows offer direct access to the beach and a private deck including a daybed and dining table. Each bungalow faces the lagoon and has 125 square metres of living area and a private courtyard. Featured in the courtyard is an oversized bath, freshwater plunge pool, and waterfall shower. Each bungalow also features a private bar, open air bathrooms, and an in room entertainment system.

Lagoon Bungalows with Pool - These split level bungalows feature a private deck with sala and also a separate deck with spectacular views. Each bungalow features a Bose Surround Sound system and a 40" plasma screen with speakers throughout. Other features include bathrooms with ocean views, rainfall showers, and freshwater plunge pool.

Deluxe Beach Bungalows with Pool - These bungalows include a very large outdoor living area featuring daybeds and sun loungers as well as a private courtyard. A larger plunge pool as well as a second plunge pool with fibre optics that light up the night overlooking the ocean on the front deck. These bungalows also offer a very spacious living area with luxurious fabrics and designer furnishings. They also include an in room entertainment system as well as direct beach access.

Ocean Bungalow with Pool - These 160 square metre bungalows offer spectacular ocean views as well as a three tier deck. The deck includes a freshwater infinity pool, dining area, daybed, and sunbathing terrace. Inside the bungalow is a state of the art theatre system and glass floors to view the pristine waters of the Indian Ocean. Guests will enjoy an oversized Jacuzzi as well as direct beach access.

Two Bedroom Ocean Pavilions with Pool - These 330 square metre Pavilions face the sunset and are 200 metres out in the Indian Ocean which assures privacy. Access to the wooden walkways leading to the Pavilions is restricted to Pavilion residents. Each Pavilion has a fibre optic lit infinity pool and a fully stocked library. The Pavilion offers two bedrooms with the Master Bedroom being open plan with an infinity edged Kohler bath that fills from the ceiling being the centrepiece. 24 hour butler service is also included.

Two Bedroom Beach Pavilion with Pool - The 800 square metre two storey Beach Pavilion features luxurious living with a private beach and a glass floor in the Master Bedroom which views down to the fibre optic lit infinity pool and the lagoon and beyond. Outdoors, guests will find an open air shower and gardens nestling an oversized bath. The second bedroom has its own private deck as well as an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a rainfall shower. The central living area offers the Bose Surround Sound theatre system and includes a 60" plasma screen and DVD along with a library stocked with bestsellers. 24 hour butler service is also included.

Three Bedroom CUBE with Pool - The CUBE is in a world all of its own. It is nestled in an ocean front garden with direct access to the beach. It includes a game area complete with a pool table and table tennis. The garden courtyard features a swimming pool, BBQ grill, lounge seating, daybed, and a dining table for four. Each bedroom features Bose Surround Sound systems, plasma screens, and DVD players. CUBE also includes a wine refrigerator, two fully stocked mini-bars, and a game room with all of the latest consoles. 24 hour butler service is also included.
