Mihiree Mitha 

Mihiree Mitha serves breakfast and lunch. Guests can choose from freshly baked items, cheeses, eggs, jams and fruits for breakfast or sushi, sashimi, organic salads, wood-fired pizzas, and more for lunch. The restaurant offers over 60 homemade ice creams and sorbets including some unexpected flavours like pina colada and chocolate lemongrass.

NINE 

NINE serves dinner where guests select their meal with choices crafted around nine different methods of cooking which include steaming, poaching, roasting, braising, baking, grilling, stir frying, pot cooking, and pit cooking. Dishes are designed for sharing.

By the Beach 

By the Beach serves dinner where guests enjoy Japanese and Korean inspired cuisine and enjoy fresh ingredients from the ocean or one of the island gardens at a beautiful candlelit table at the water's edge.

Fresh in the Garden 

Fresh in the Garden serves lunch and dinner and is surrounded by tropical banana trees and has no walls. It rises above organic herb and vegetable gardens. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and breath taking sunsets. The restaurant serves Mediterranean inspired dishes using freshly picked produce from the organic gardens.

So Hot and So Cool 

An ice cream lover's dream, So Hot and So Cool offers over 60 flavours of homemade ice cream and sorbets. For chocolate lovers, there is a neighbouring chocolate room open from noon to late night which serves complimentary handmade chocolates.

So Delicate 

So Delicate offers light fare such as gourmet hams, cold cuts, cheeses and preserves for guests to enjoy throughout the day.

So Fiery 

So Fiery offers pizzas freshly baked in a wood burning oven during lunch and also at the Tuesday and Friday evening buffets. Children and adults can make their own perfect pizza from a very wide variety of toppings.

Soba 

Soba serves dinner six days per week and is located on the uninhabited island of Mirahandhoo accessed by speed boat. It serves traditional Maldivian cuisine and seats 18 both indoors and outdoors.

Crusoe Villa - These villas are inspired by the Robinson Crusoe castaway experience and treat guests to a tropical terrace via a rope tied gangway. The villas also feature a garden bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and two separate showers and direct beach access.

Crusoe Villa with Pool - The Crusoe Villa with a private pool sheltered by trees. Also includes the rope tied gangway leading to a private terrace and direct access to the beach.

Two-Bedroom Crusoe Villa - The Two-Bedroom Crusoe Villa is a two bedroom beachfront duplex villa including a bedroom upstairs and a bedroom downstairs as well as a downstairs living room with a large daybed. The private garden includes the garden bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and two separate showers as well as direct access to the beach.

Soneva Fushi Villa - The Soneva Fushi Villa is a large beach front villa with a foyer entrance which includes a spacious bedroom and king sized bed as well as a large luxurious open air garden bathroom with water feature, oversized bathtub and separate shower.

Soneva Fushi Villa with Pool - This villa is the same as the Soneva Fushi Villa, but has a private pool and is in a hidden setting. These villas also include the large open air garden bathroom with water feature, oversized bathtub and separate shower and is on the beach.

Two Bedroom Soneva Fushi Villa with Pool - The Two Bedroom Soneva Fushi Villa with Pool is a large beach front villa with a foyer entrance perfect for families. The villa has two spacious bedrooms with king sized beds in each and includes the open air garden bathroom with water feature, oversized bathtub and separate shower. This villa also includes a private sea water pool.

Soneva Fushi Villa Suite with Pool - The Soneva Fushi Villa Suite with Pool is a beach front villa with a foyer entrance that includes a spacious bedroom with the guest's choice of one king bed or two twin beds as well as an additional sitting room with daybeds or sofas which can be separated by curtain. The villa also includes a private swimming pool as well as an open air garden bathroom with water feature, oversized bathtub and separate shower.

Soneva Fushi Villa Suite with Pool and Treehouse - The Soneva Fushi Villa Suite with Pool and Treehouse is a beach front villa with a foyer entrance which includes a private pool and its very own treehouse. The treehouse features two twin bunk beds and two twin beds, a small toilet and basin, a private terrace and is elevated 2.5 metres above ground level.

Two Bedroom Crusoe Suite with Pool - The Two Bedroom Crusoe Suite with Pool includes a spacious bedroom both upstairs or downstairs with either a king sized bed or two twin beds as well as a large sitting room with daybeds or sofas. The suite also includes the open air garden bathroom with water feature, an oversized tub, and a separate shower as well as a private pool.

Three Bedroom Crusoe Suite with Pool - The Three Bedroom Crusoe Suite with Pool is an expansive beach front suite with two storeys and also includes a separate one storey villa. The ground floor includes two large bedrooms with a king sized bed in each as well as an en-suite bathroom, a large sitting room with daybeds or sofas while the upstairs includes one spacious bedroom which overlooks the sitting room. The suite also includes the open air garden bathroom with water feature, an oversized tub, and a separate shower as well as a private pool.

Sunrise Retreat - The Sunrise Retreat is made up of three two storied bungalows each with its own amenities including the open air bathroom, spiral staircases, suspended walkway, steam room, and suspended terraces as well as a private pool with a dining pavilion above.

Sunset Retreat - The Sunset Retreat is made up of two bungalows each with two storeys and its own luxuries. Luxuries include the open air private garden bathroom, spiral staircase, suspended walkway, in villa wine cellar, and a steam room and gym. A private pool is also included with a dining pavilion above.

Villa One - Villa One is a premier villa in a secluded beach front location and includes three spacious bedrooms with king sized beds. The master bedroom as well as the outdoor bathroom include the waterfall feature and steam facilities. The villa includes a private swimming pool with a sunken dining table and seating as well as an in villa wine cellar.

Jungle Reserve - The Jungle Reserve is a gargantuan villa tucked away in the dense green forest where guests are surrounded by nature while enjoying luxurious accommodations. The Jungle Reserve includes three spacious bedrooms, the open air garden bathroom, an indoor lounge with a dining table that seats up to 10 as well as a separate outdoor sunken dining table just as large. Other amenities include an in villa wine cellar, library, and a private spa suite complete with a couple's treatment room, gym, sauna, and steam.
