The chefs on the Road to Mandalay are truly imaginative and create delicious dishes including Burmese, Thai, Indonesian, Indian and European specialities. Tea and Coffee is available in your cabin each morning on request, followed by a full breakfast. Buffet style lunches on the observation deck or in the restaurant allow travellers to enjoy their meals while taking in the exquisite views. Dinners are served in the restaurant and offer a wide variety of tasty options to choose from . Carefully selected wines are available to complement the menu.
