There are just 15 spacious and well-appointed rooms, all set within a private landscaped garden and opening onto a free-form swimming pool. The perfect time to visit would be between November and February to avoid the sweltering heat of March - May and the monsoon season of June - October.

Our thoughts

An oasis of cool and calm, this boutique property is tucked amongst landscaped gardens in the eastern outskirts of Mandalay. The 15 guestrooms are richly adorned with intricate Burmese carvings, rattan furniture and silk textiles, lending an air of elegance and sophistication to the teak wood-panelled interiors. It is located a bit out of Mandalay town, but guests will be rewarded with a tranquil and intimate stay.

With several restaurants and bars, you are afforded diverse culinary options. Whether it is local Burmese specialties or established European delights, the restaurants will satisfy the most discerning palates.

Pool Bar - After the sun has set, unwind over a glass of cocktail or champagne by the relaxed Pool Bar.

Akari - This private dining room serves breakfast and dinner.

Sandaku - Sandaku serves European fare in their sumptuous dining room.

The rooms are all beautifully furnished with traditional Burmese elements, carvings, rattan furniture, silk textures and rich teak panelling. There is the choice between Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suite Villas, Family Suite Villas and Presidential Suite Villas.
