Oman is definitely not a summer destination as temperatures can reach well above 37 degrees Celsius. However, from October to April, temperatures stay comfortable making this the best time to visit.

The Beach Restaurant - The Beach Restaurant is located along a 370 metre private beach where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Oman. The restaurant serves a varied choice of culinary favourites as well as an impressive wine list. The Beach Restaurant is open for dinner only. Dress is smart casual.
The Arabian Courtyard - The Arabian Courtyard serves an authentic Arabic mezze selection, shawarma, and kebabs in an outdoor courtyard. Dinner is accompanied by live Omani music. The Arabian Courtyard serves dinner only and is closed during May - September due to weather conditions. Dress is smart casual.
The Shisha Lounge -The Shisha Lounge is adjacent to the Arabian Courtyard and is an ideal place to unwind while relaxing on plush cushions under a beautiful Arabian sky. Light snacks are served here. The Shisha Lounge is open from 7:30pm-1:00am but is closed during May-September due to weather conditions. Dress is smart casual.
The Chedi Pool Cabana - The Chedi Pool Cabana serves healthy and light Mediterranean meals during its extended lunch hours of 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Dining is open air alongside the Chedi pool and a private 370 metre beach. Dress is casual.
The Serai Pool Cabana - The Serai Pool Cabana serves authentic Asian noddle dishes and fiery fare by the Serai Pool as guests enjoy a spectacular view and listen to hip contemporary music. The Sarai Pool Cabana is open for lunch and dinner. Dress is casual.
The Long Pool Cabana - The Long Pool Cabana serves authentic Japanese and Malaysian cuisine by the 103 meter Long Pool, the longest in the Middle East. Diners enjoy views of both the pool and the Gulf of Oman. The Long Pool Cabana serves both lunch and dinner. Dress is casual.
SERAI ROOM
High ceilings and oversized windows that welcome natural light, Hajar Mountains or Muscat city views complement neutral-hued Asian style minimalism with Omani details in these retreats housed in the three-story Serai Wing. Two adults may add a child up to six years on the plush Omani divan. In the open plan bathroom, a powerful rain shower and luxurious bathroom products await while complimentary room amenities include a minibar, daily fresh fruit, in room Nespresso machine.
