Traditional Ancient Recipes and Classic Cooking Techniques

Exquisite attention to detail is paid to the culinary experience at The Sanchaya, It’s all in the details from Chef Peter – from cooking at a constant 55 degrees Celsius, so he is not to damage the cellular structure and destroy the nutrients of the food. The Salon & Library

Located in The Great House, The Salon & Library offers a wide collection of rare vintage wines, and finest cheeses, as well as a selection of cigars from Cuba and beyond, all of which can be enjoyed in luxurious comfortable surroundings with sea views.

The Bar

Enjoy a rarely used Full Club Service delivery for cocktails and beverages at The Bar. Barmen will set up a jack tray next to the guest an d their preferred cocktail is “built, shaken or stirred” next to them offering a service that is revived from the days of gentlemen’s clubs and private estates.

The Sanchaya In-Room Spirit Experience

Residents can order their favourite spirit which is presented in an elegant box including shaker, muddler, and cocktail and bar menu. This experience allows residents to discover the mixologist in them, to create and enjoy cocktails in the privacy of their villa.

Each room houses rare and intriguing collectible pieces of artwork carefully selected for each room to give an insight into South East Asia’s rich culture and history. The living quarters are practical with private verandas, super king size beds and walk in closets. All villas and suites are equipped with I Pads, High Fidelity Bang & Olufsen TV and sound systems, Cable and Apple TV’s.

The Mali Villa
