India to build new airports

In an effort to increase its regional air connectivity, India is aiming to develop five new airports. These new airports will serve the smaller cities of Hubli and Belgaum in Karnataka, Kishangarh in Rajasthan, Jharsuguda in Odisha and Tezu in Arunachal Pradesh.
Construction work has already started on the new airports, but the exact completion dates are yet to be announced.
